FrantzyaJewelry strives to provide you with high-quality and unique jewelry products that you will love and cherish. However, we understand that sometimes you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a limited return and exchange policy for our jewelry products.
No Return or Exchange for Jewelry Products
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for jewelry products, unless they are defective or damaged. This policy is to ensure the hygiene and safety of our products and customers.
Exception for Defective or Damaged Jewelry Products
If you receive a defective or damaged jewelry product, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your jewelry product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your jewelry product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we determine that the jewelry product has been used, worn, or altered in any way. We will inspect the jewelry product upon receiving it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.
If your return or exchange request is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. For refunds, we will credit the original method of payment. For exchanges, we will ship the new jewelry product to you as soon as possible.
