Shipping Policy of FrantzyaJewelry

FrantzyaJewelry offers fast and reliable shipping to Canada and the United States. We want you to receive your jewelry products as soon as possible and enjoy them for a long time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We ship our jewelry products using Canada Post or USPS, depending on your location and preference. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: This option costs CAD 10.95 and takes 2-5 business days after processing and shipping. We offer free standard shipping for orders over CAD 100.
  • Express Shipping: This option costs CAD 19.95 and takes 1-2 business days after processing and shipping. This option is available for select locations and products.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 11:00AM EST will be processed and shipped between 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order online. You can also track your order status on our website by logging into your account and clicking on “My Orders”.

Shipping Restrictions and Delays

We ship to most locations in Canada and the United States, except for P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and some remote areas. If your location is not eligible for shipping, we will notify you and cancel your order.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays or damages caused by factors outside of our control, such as weather, customs, carrier errors, or force majeure events. We will do our best to assist you and resolve any issues that may arise.
