Return and Exchange Policy of FrantzyaJewelry
FrantzyaJewelry strives to provide you with high-quality and unique jewelry products that you will love and cherish. However, we understand that sometimes you may not be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a limited return and exchange policy for our jewelry products.
No Return or Exchange for Jewelry Products
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for jewelry products, unless they are defective or damaged. This policy is to ensure the hygiene and safety of our products and customers.
Exception for Defective or Damaged Jewelry Products
If you receive a defective or damaged jewelry product, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your jewelry product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us by email, the contact details below. We will provide you with instructions on how to return or exchange your jewelry product. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your jewelry product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we determine that the jewelry product has been used, worn, or altered in any way. We will inspect the jewelry product upon receiving it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.
If your return or exchange request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. For refunds, we will credit the original method of payment. For exchanges, we will ship the new jewelry product to you as soon as possible. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, jewelry products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@frantzyajewelry.com.
